Omni has introduced BODY BY OMNI  to build a personal and group training environment like no other. We have a brand new, renovated room designed for group and personal training with BBO. Group training provides an opportunity for individuals to connect with like-minded people, share their fitness journey, and push each other towards achieving their goals. Additionally, group training often incorporates varied exercises and formats, making workouts more dynamic, enjoyable, and suitable for different fitness levels.

Personal training is beneficial because it offers a highly personalized approach, tailored specifically to an individual’s unique needs, goals, and limitations. BBO provides expert guidance, form correction, and ongoing support, ensuring maximum effectiveness and minimizing the risk of injury. With personalized attention, individuals receive customized workouts, progress tracking, and the motivation necessary to stay committed and achieve their desired results. ALL exercises in our sessions are for most fitness levels, so in case you have an injury or are worried about not feeling “ready”… we are about quality over quantity and will make sure you train smart and safe.

BODY BY OMNI OFFERS 4 OPTIONS!

1:1 Personal training

BODY BY OMNI offers 30 or 45 minute one-on-one personal training focusing 100% on your specific goals. This is for clients who are very serious about their health/ fitness goals.

Group Training

BODY BY OMNI offers “semi-private” 30 or 45 minute training sessions best for 2-6 people. Although you aren’t training alone, each workout is specifically programmed for each client individually. You can train with other motivated people, but still get the 1:1 training environment.

Boot Camp (up to 16 persons)

BODY BY OMNI boot camp workouts are FULL BODY workouts. Also known as small group training with groups up to 16 people. BBO focuses on more of a personal training style than workouts that are simply designed to tire you out. Each workout is different, incorporating weight training, bodyweight exercises and cardio challenges. Each workout is meant to be the BEST part of your day.

Weight Loss Challenges

BODY BY OMNI offers weight loss challenges to kickstart and motivate your weight loss goals. If you have been itching to make a lifestyle shift, now is the time. We have trained professionals to guide you through it in a safe, fun and effective way.
