Youth speed, agility and balance program

Our goal is to build a foundation for ALL sports to maximize their potential in ALL athletic endeavors. Work with our great staff of successful college level athletes to connect with your child and create an environment of fun and form.

The six-week youth agility, speed, and balance program is a comprehensive and structured training regimen designed to enhance the physical abilities of young participants. Through a combination of targeted exercises, dynamic drills, and skill-building activities, this program aims to develop their agility, speed, and balance, promoting overall athleticism and injury prevention. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, participants will engage in progressively challenging workouts that cater to their age and skill level, fostering both physical growth and confidence in their movement capabilities.

 

This is a six week training group that meets every Sunday from 9-11am for beginners OR 1-3pm for advanced ages 8-13 beginning on July 9th-11th, July 22nd-24th, August 6th-8th and August 20-22nd! You can sign up for one week at a time or all four!
